Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love every purchase from IVALI. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty, we assess refund or replacement requests on a case-by-case basis, considering the time since purchase and how much the item has been used.

To report a fault, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item and include photos or a short video clearly showing the issue. 

Email: info@ivali.com.au. Once an item has been replaced, we are unable to offer further refunds or replacements for the same product.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit provided:

 

Your return is lodged within 10 days of receiving your order.

Items are unused, in original condition and packaging, with tags and labels attached.

Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is included.

Returned items will be issued as store credit only, unless the product is deemed faulty.

Change of Mind

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, if the item is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 10 days, you may be eligible for store credit.

Full name

Order number

Return reason and any comments

Email and phone number

 

Important Notes:

Postage costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or we’ve sent the wrong item.

Please contact us before returning any item. Do not dispose of faulty products until you’ve received confirmation from our team.

Returns that do not meet these guidelines may be refused

Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return or issue store credit once received.
This sets expectations and prevents customers from chasing updates.

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind after placing an order? Let us know before your order has shipped, and we’ll do our best to cancel it. Once your order has left our warehouse, cancellations for change-of-mind reasons cannot be processed.

Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged due to transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of packaging and item condition.
This is especially helpful for insurance claims with your shipping provider.

Responsibility for Lost Return Parcels

We recommend using a tracked service for all returns. Ivali is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
